How often should sessions take place?

The ideal frequency varies from student to student depending on their goals and needs, but most students benefit from 1–2 sessions per week, typically totalling 2–4 hours. This provides enough consistency to build understanding and confidence without overwhelming their school workload.

How do I book a session?

What is your cancellation policy

We kindly ask for advance notice of 3 hours if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Is online tutoring effective?

Online tutoring is highly effective and uses interactive tools to deliver the same personalised, focused support as in-person sessions. We offer both online and face-to-face tutoring so families can choose the format that works best for their child.

Yes — our tutoring is aligned with the UK school curriculum and all major exam boards. We tailor sessions to match what students are learning in school and the specific requirements of their exams.

How do we monitor progress?

We monitor progress through regular feedback, targeted goal setting, and ongoing assessment during lessons. This allows us to track improvement over time and adjust sessions to focus on the areas where each student needs the most support.

Will parents receive updates?

Yes of course! — we provide regular updates and feedback so parents can stay informed about their child’s progress. We’re always happy to communicate any improvements, challenges, or goals moving forward.

What ages and levels do you tutor?

We tutor students from KS3 through to GCSE, A-Level and university entrance preparation, typically covering Years 7–13. We support learners at every stage of secondary education.

Do you tutor students of all abilities?

Yes — we work with students of all abilities, from those who need extra support to those aiming for top grades. Our sessions are personalised to match each student’s level and help them reach their full potential.

What qualifications do your tutors have

All of our tutors are university-educated with strong subject expertise and a proven background in tutoring. They combine academic knowledge with practical teaching experience, allowing them to explain concepts clearly and support students effectively.
